Reconnecting with donors.

The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito wanted to restart its donor stewardship with a print newsletter built on the Domain Formula, a proven way of increasing loyalty and charitable income. This extraordinary Bay Area animal hospital, with an outpost in Hawaii, relies on gifts for about 85% of its annual budget: that became a core message.

At the height of the coronavirus crisis, the cover took pains to remind donors (who might be feeling a bit powerless) that new life has arrived for a species they saved.
